How long is the warranty on the product?

We give you three (3) months warranty on the product. After three months we WILL NOT replace or exchange any cards for free. Please do not send any broken cards to our address without prior agreement of DS-Memory in writing. If you send cards to us without notification we will NOT SEND a replacement automatically and may not be able to return your card.

Are the goods in stock?

All items you find in our online shop are in stock and ready to be shipped to you.

When are you fulfilling the orders?

The payment will be processed immediately during your ordering process. We will then fulfil your order within 48 hours.

When are you issuing the invoice?

You will receive the invoice with your shipment of goods. Should we require to send a shipment in separate parcels, you will receive serveral invoices for each shipment, summing up your total order.

How much is the postage?

To ensure you receive your goods on time and safely, we only send recorded and insured postage. The cost of postage is depending on the value of your order:

Under £80.00 order value: £0 (First Class Recorded)
Over £80.00 order value: £0 (Special Delivery)
(prices are for shipping in the UK, international prices vary)

Are there any credit card fees?

No, we do not charge any fees when payment is made with credit cards.

Can I pick up the goods in person?

We are a purely internet-based company and all orders get processed and shipped directly form our warehouse. Because we do not have a store you will not be able to pick up any ordered goods in person.

How long does the delivery take?

If your order is for within the UK we normally deliver within 1-3 working days. Deliveries to Germany, Austria and Switzerland normally take 5-7 working days. Shipments to all other countries in the EU arrive within 5-7 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship virtually to any country in the world. The prices for deliveries to the UK and the EU are fixed. Please inquire for delivery cost to any county outside of the EU.

Where can I find manuals and downloads?

All products come with manuals and driver (we tell you in the product details if manuals are part of the package). As we are not the manufacturer we do not stock, sell or send any manuals or drivers. please refer to the manufacturer's homepage for more information. We have included links to the manufacturer on all item details pages.
