RETURNS

We aim to supply only the highest quality products and hope that you will always be delighted with your goods, however in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product please contact us to arrange an exchange. There are some terms and conditions that apply, so please read the following carefully.

FAULTY CARDS

DS Memory only offers an exchange of goods. Items returned must be in there original packaging, including game case, usb connector etc. We do not offer refunds for faulty goods, only an exchange.

Due to the nature of these cards we can only offer a 3 month warranty on all Flash cards from the day of purchase.

All orders and returns are sent by recorded mail and we ask that customers return them this way in order for a quick return time.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

If you wish to return an item to us for any reason, you must first contact us at:

Instructions on how to label your return goods will be advised, however if you did not receive one or have lost it please email us stating your name and order number and we will email you another copy.

Please indicate the reason for the return and don’t forget to include your address details!
